[Sign Up Now] Who is Travel Exchange for? Our members include; accommodation establishments (ranging from guest houses to hotels), travel agencies as well as affiliates. What is this service? Travel Exchange connects referrers to accommodation establishments. In this instance, a referrer need not necessarily be a travel agent, but can also be an accommodation establishment that has received a booking for which it cannot accommodate. For example, you may have received an enquiry during a period where you are fully booked, or where the booking is simply not suitable for your establishment. You can then pass this booking onto Travel Exchange, who will then find a suitable establishment to fulfill the booking. Importantly, Travel Exchange is always aware of the status of the booking (such as rates charged, number of nights) due to the effective, yet discrete, manner in which it interacts with the three parties (guest, referrer, accommodating establishment). This means you will always get the full commission that is owed to you. No follow-ups are required on your part. Just pass on the lead, sit back, and Travel Exchange will collect the commission on your behalf and deposit it into your bank account. How much commission do I get? Travel Exchange collects commission amounting to 10.83% of the total booking charge from the accommodation establishment, and then pays it to the booking referrer. What does this service cost? • There is no monthly fee • There is no setup fee • There is a 1.43% transaction fee levied on the booking charge that covers banking costs and admin. • Minimum of R37.50 charge per transaction Why Should I use Travel Exchange? • No need to send multiple emails asking how much commission is owed to you. • No chance of you being paid less commission than you are entitled. • No need to send "We have no availability".
